RULES FOR SHOW
PLEDGES:
Apply to be
a pledge by clicking on the link to the left. Each pledge will compete in a
Faceoff debate during their first show against a returning pledge defending
his/her win from the previous week or a regular panelist summoned to the
faceoff hot seat by Hub listener e-mails.
If the
pledge wins, he returns his second week to defend his seat. After winning
two consecutive times, he will win the sponsor prize and be put in a regular
panel rotation based on availability. Regular panelists have a
"3-Strikes-Your-Out Rule" where they must lose 3 Faceoff debates to be
booted off the show permanently. A regular panelist can win the prize in the
Faceoff debate by having a minimum of 10 dial-in votes in their favor during
the show or by beating the pledge with 10 or more votes, whichever comes
first.
